More drama from the lohan clan, It has been reported that Lindsay Lohan is? getting a restraining order against her dad Michael Lohan.

People magazine quoted a source saying Lindsay was ?actively getting? legal paperwork in order and that ?she?s scared? of her publicity-seeking father, who last week told gossip Web site X17 that he wanted to take Lindsay ?to an undisclosed location and get her straight.?

When told about the impending restraining order, Michael Lohan told RadarOnline.com, ?Dina is the one that told her to get a restraining order. But you know what? I?m still going to try to do everything with the courts to try and get Lindsay better.?
