ACCORDING TO SOURCES … Shyne is expected to be released in the US by as late as Monday evening. Right now he is locked in a battle w/Immigration & Custom Enforcement who will let him out, w/ an Immigration bail which may be as high as 2 million dollars. Although he will be free he still may be deported. Shyne will be allowed to live in the states until that decision is made. So it is expected that we may see Shyne out early next week.

Again this is just speculation at this point no Official word has been reported by law enforcement or shynes camp.
