So Kim Kardashian has finally showed her face after having baby North West — seen out at a L.A. medical facility on Wednesday

These are the FIRST photos of Kim and Kanye West with  their daughter. (photo credit TMZ) and everyone looks happy heyyyy even Kanye is smiling as they walked into the doc’s office.
No clear shot of North’s face though … she  was fully covered in a car seat while being carried by her nanny.

And it looked like Kim was trying to be all top secret too, covering up her body e under a baggy button-down with another shirt tied around  her waist.
