K.Michelle is known for having a attitude now lets be honest we’ve seen some of it play out on television weekly. But to accuse K.Michelle of being a non Rent paying tenant is kinda hard to believe since shes been doing pretty good for her self as of late…wellll her landlord had to file a lawsuit against her in regards to a unit he rented her.

The rent was allegedly $2,400.00 a month & K Michelle had four months left on her contract when she decided to up and move without notifying her landlord. Media takeout is reporting the landlord was even willing to let her out of her lease without penalty but her tackiness forced him to file the lawsuit in the amount of $6,450.00 plus an addition $1,250 in fees.
