T-Boz (Tionne Watkins) of TLC, one of the biggest girl groups in pop music, dropped a major bomb on Mo?Nique’s new talk show. Basically, the three ladies pulled a “Set It Off” on Arista President Clive Davis and held him and others hostage after the label wouldn’t pay them what they thought they deserved.

Here’s the backstory. When TLC started to blow up the charts with album “Crazy Sexy Cool,” the label began to realize they had something really big. After a reported $75 million were made from said record. The girls were only given $50,000 a piece!

Now for the good stuff. In the interview, T-Boz told Mo’Nique that “we held them hostage, like with guns, the whole she-bang. They gave us like $50,000 a piece and I was like ‘What the hell?’ So of course T was the ring leader.” She then went on to tell how they planned the hostage situation, were going to use their limo as a getaway car and why the plan failed — which is by far the best part.
