The new Lox album is reportedly scheduled to land in stores winter 2010.

According to online footage, the two spoke during a radio interview and had paperwork signed on-camera.

UPDATE: Ok, so my insider tells me….that signature wasn’t on a contract release form…it was basically an appearance release form. Basically, Diddy is allowing Mase to appear on songs with other artists. He is not freeing Mase from his contractual obligations to Bad Boy. But this is a start, because Mase already has a big feature in the works, as well as a potential home at Interscope…..which would work out well in terms of those old contractual obligations because Diddy is already over at Interscope as well. Diddy recently spoke on why he’s not married on Big Boy’s Neighborhood radio show. When asked why he wasn’t married yet, Diddy says that he doesn’t want to feel the disappointment of things turning ugly with someone you were once so cool with. He then went on to site Bobby and Whitney smoking crack as another reason he has not jumped the broom. “I rocks with Whitney but I don’t like the way she threw Bobby under the bus,” says Diddy. “If we gon’ be smoking crack at the same time then that’s what we did. We shouldn’t have did it but we just can’t throw one under the bus.”

Shyne, questioned Puff’s recent claims.

“I want it known that this supposed conversation is a figment of Sean Combs’ imagination,” he says in a statement. “He never spoke with me, he never visited me nor would I ever accept a phone call or visit from him. The only way I would do either of those things would be if he stepped up and did the right thing for the victims of the incident.” (Rolling Stone)

“I would definitely love to do the next LOX album,” Diddy said in an interview. “I would love to collaborate with them. I think it’s important just to do…I would look forward to it…We been talking about it. Diddy recently spoke to DJ ABSOLUT?on Shyne’s upcoming release from prison saying he is expecting the incarcerated rapper to heat up the rap game.

In addition to his thoughts on Shyne’s release, Diddy also said they have spoken to one another.

“It’s a blessing that he’s coming home,” Puff told DJ Absolut in an interview over the weekend. “I spoke with him a couple weeks ago. He sounded like he was in good spirits. I know he can’t wait to get home. And I know he’s definitely gonna heat the whole scene up. He’s definitely gonna do it, you know what I’m saying, he definitely was one of the most talented young artists that I had the pleasure to work with so I’m quite sure he’s been using his time wisely and I’m quite sure he has some heat.”
