DMX’s publicist exclusively sent AllHipHop a statement refuting the claims that he was arrested for driving under the influence at 3 A.M. this morning (July 26th)

“Allegations about DMX being arrested for drunk driving are false. He was arrested early this morning but quickly released. X was given a breathalyzer test and easily passed it. He is back at his home in South Carolina and we are continuing our focus on his upcoming album and acting roles.”

ACCORDING TO TMZ “DMX must have a standing reservation at jail — DMX was  busted this morning for DUI in South Carolina.

Highway patrol picked up  DMX — real name Earl Simmons — Friday around 3 AM ET for  allegedly driving under the influence.

X was in and out of the Greenville  County Detention Center pretty quickly … around 4 AM ET. He’s  experienced.

DMX has more than a dozen arrests under his belt now — and  was last busted  in February for driving without a license, also in South Carolina  where he lives now.”

SMH THIS IS JUST SAD TO SEE.
